We believe that God's desire for every Christian is growth, and we want to help students grow in their knowledge of God and His word, and in the knowledge that only comes from doing what God wants us to do. Giving praise to him through all forms of worship and serving Him are two very important ways to experience God at work. We want to love God with everything we have and love our neighbors as ourselves.
PURPOSE: Our Salt Co. Ministry exists to REACH students and introduce them to Jesus Christ, to CONNECT all students to each other, to help students GROW in their faith, and to challenge those growing to live a life of PRAISE and SERVICE to God.
We invite all 6th-8th graders to come and have fun worshipping God with us! We meet as small groups on Sundays, 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel and on Thursdays, 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the Student Ministry area. Our Thursday meeting equips junior high students to handle life and grow in their knowledge of God. We study each one of our key words in our mission statement. Salt Co. is a place where students are safe to be themselves as they discover and put into practice the gifts God has given them.
