We Value...  

• Truth communicated creatively - the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ and God’s Word, creatively communicating it to our faith community and changing world culture;
  

• Authentic community and relationships - community, characterized by relationships that are authentic, nurture the spirit and care for needs;
  

• Worship which honors God -worship which honors Jesus Christ through individual and community expression, engaging the heart, soul, mind, and body;
  

• Sharing Christ beyond our faith community - actively sharing the love and message of Jesus Christ beyond our “four walls;” and

• Pursuing spiritual maturity and multiplication - spiritual and numerical growth, characterized by pursuing spiritual maturity and multiplication within our communities.

We Envision...

• A church that communicates the truths of Christ in relevant and creative ways to those who are unchurched as well as those who know Him as Savior;
  
• Developing people into fully functioning followers of Christ through encouraging worship, educational opportunities, special events, and, most importantly, authentic community; 
  
• Community that is safe and where we accept one another and are accepted; love and are loved; shepherd and are shepherded; encourage and are encouraged; forgive and are forgiven; serve and are served; a place where every believer is a minister; and
  
• Growth in the lives of people and in the size of our community, which should be the result of effectively living out and carrying out the Great Commandment² and the Great Commission.
